At Khuloud Perfumes, we are dedicated to delivering an exceptional fragrance experience rooted in quality, authenticity, and customer satisfaction. However, if your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a return and refund policy under the terms outlined below.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging, along with the invoice.

Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your provided address.

7-Day Return Policy

For all domestic orders, returns are accepted only in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Invoice must be included

Note: Return requests will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Charges

Domestic Returns:
We offer free returns within India. There are no additional shipping charges—our courier partner will collect the product from your location at no cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Khuloud Perfumes Customer Support within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Wait for a confirmation email with return instructions.
  3. Do not dispatch the product without approval.
  4. Ensure the product is unused, unaltered, and securely packed.
  5. Include the original invoice inside the package.

Returns without prior approval or missing documentation may not be processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets our return criteria. Upon approval:

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–15 working days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT)

Refund Policy – Domestic Orders

We offer a 100% refund on eligible returned products, provided all return conditions are met.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method. If that method is unavailable, an alternate method will be arranged.

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products
  • Products once used or tampered with are not eligible for return
