  • In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details; incorrect details may result in failed delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of perfumes, returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Claims must be made within 24 hours delivery with proof (photos/videos).
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
