All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours on regular business days. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While we always aim for timely delivery, shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and our courier partners. Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days, though exact delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping and handling charges will be clearly displayed at checkout, so you can review all costs before completing your purchase.
To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt of the package. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we recommend arranging for a trusted individual—such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor—to accept and sign for the order on your behalf. Please note that Khuloud Perfumes cannot be held responsible for packages signed for by someone else.
Once the order has been delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur thereafter.
If you receive an order with missing items or damage, please contact our customer support team on the same day of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
In certain cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability or order size. However, this may not apply to every order.

Our perfumes are crafted with a high concentration of 40% perfume oil, ensuring a long-lasting fragrance that typically stays for 8–12 hours. Longevity may vary depending on your skin type, weather conditions, and application method.
