Delivery and support
Orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours. COD orders may be confirmed on WhatsApp, and transit damage should be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

While we always aim for timely delivery, shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and our courier partners. Most orders are delivered within 2–10 business days, though exact delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon receipt of the package. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, we recommend arranging for a trusted individual—such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor—to accept and sign for the order on your behalf. Please note that Khuloud Perfumes cannot be held responsible for packages signed for by someone else.
Once the order has been delivered, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage that may occur thereafter.
